REFUND POLICY 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it - unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number as proof of purchase. For watches, the protective plastic must remain intact, and the battery must not have been activated (for quartz models).

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vieluxjewels.com. Once your request is approved, we will send you a secure payment link for €8 to cover the cost of the return label. After the payment is confirmed, we'll issue the return label and send it to you via email.

Please note: return labels must be paid for in advance the cost will not be deducted from your refund.

We kindly ask that you send us the tracking number or shipping confirmation once the parcel is on its way. If you experience any delays or issues with the return, don't hesitate to let us know.

We have up to 15 business days to process your return once it arrives at our warehouse. During periods of high demand, this process may take a little longer - we appreciate your patience and understanding.

The condition of the returned products is the customer's responsibility until they are received by our team. We strongly recommend packing your items carefully and keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until your refund is issued.
