RETURNS POLICY

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and you’ll need to provide your order number.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@vieluxjewels.com. Once approved, we will send you a secure payment link of €8 to cover the cost of the return label. After the payment is completed, you will receive the return label via email.
Return shipping must be paid in advance.

We require up to 15 business days to process your return once it arrives at our warehouse. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — we kindly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Customers are responsible for returned items until we receive them. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: we do not process exchanges manually.
If you would like to exchange an item (for a different size or a different piece), we will issue you a gift card once your return has been received and approved. You may then place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
